If for any reason you are not satisfied with your STITCH Product you may return it for a refund, minus the cost of shipping. You must return the item/s within 7 days of receiving your purchase in order to receive a refund. Item/s must be in original packaging and unused.
We do not offer refunds on Custom made pieces.
Do remember that every piece is handmade individually, each piece is unique and will not be exactly the same as the next.
